 Bimini Tops

All bimini frames are custom bent in-house. This allows us to provide our customers with the highest quality one piece tubing frame bows (not some screwed together kit) that are nearly indestructible under normal use.

Here are five completed examples of bimini tops. The custom 3 panel walkthrough is a two bow, pontoon is a 4 bow and the bottom three pictures are 3 bow. All tops include zippered storage boot, premium “Sunbrella” fabric, chome or stainless hardware, and installation.

This red top is around 8 ft wide and six ft long. Installed price, $640.00.

Another 8 ft wide top. This one in blue Sunbrella. Same price. $705.00 installed and includes the storage boot.

3 bow premium Sunbrella with weather stripping is approx. 7 ft wide. Installed price with stand-up kit, $775.00

1997 Fountain 27
Sunbrella: Jockey Red
Fountains hull with the nearly perfect straight rub rail offers a very unique and stylish option for a travel cover.
This cover utilizes two ratchets, port/starboard midship, to secure a heavy duty nylon perimeter strap virtually eliminating all tie-down ropes! I did provide three evenly spaced nylon tie-down loops for insurance purposes.
Cool Boat….Cool Cover

1995 Baja 208 Islander.

Sunbrella

 2007 Duroboat.

Boat Covers and Mooring Covers.

The examples below were produced using a variety of premium marine fabrics.

Boats are measured and then material is cut for a custom fit.

Your choice of fabric and color. Fabric choices include: Sunbrella, Harbortime, Aqualon, dockside, Top Gun, etc. Your choice.

Only 100% UVR resistant Polyester thread is used for durability.

Nylon strap is used to reinforce all leading edges on mooring covers.Tie-downs include triple stiched nylon and draw string cord. I can use your existing adjustable mooring poles or sell them for $14.95 ea. Mooring poles are secured to the cover by snaps. The male post is provided beneath the rubber cap on the end of the pole and the female socket is located on a 4″ square, double layered marine vinyl patch that is sewn onto the underneath cover (not some inferior fabric sleeve to keep the pole in place).

2004 BAJA

Chris Craft Triple Cockpit Barrel Back
I had the privilege of fabricating a waterline travel cover for this beautiful boat. This is hull #12 of 15. Chris Smith the grandson of the founder commissioned 15 of these boats built in Holland Michigan using the very same blueprints used in 1930. The fit and finish of this boat is nearly perfect in every detail.
Super deluxe “Odyssey” Soft side fabric, made by the same folks who make “Top Gun”. Reinforced with 13 wear patches on all chrome fittings. Perimeter rope with fancy velcro bow closure for the trailer stop.

2001 Crownline 225
(with add-on custom swimplatform)
Ranger boats style travel cover! Heres one for my fellow canvas craftsman to try. Customer requested that his road cover be made like Ranger manufactures for their boats. All measurements had to be presise for this cover to work properly and look so good. Top Gun, one of the heaviest and longest lasting marine fabrics, was chosen for the job.
Notice there are no tye-down ropes securing the cover to the boat. However; I did provide the nylon tye-down loops in case this method is chosen to be used in the future. The primary method of securing this cover is achieved by way of a 1″ wide heavy nylon strap and geared ratchet. The perimeter nylon strap hugs the bottom of the rub rail and is ratcheted very tightly against the hull.
